Licensed Veterinary Technician - Rehabilitation Professional
St. Francis Pet Resort & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsburg, VA has an immediate opening for an LVT, physical therapist or physical therapist assistant to assist in the continued growth of our rehabilitation center.  The candidate would work directly with our DVM/CCRP and our CCRP on daily cases.  We offer an underwater treadmill, therapy laser, TENS/E-stim units, and other various modalities.  The position would start as M, W, F from approx. 8:30 - 4:30, but could easily expand to include Tues and Thurs for the right person.  We receive referrals from our neighboring sister facility, Godspeed Animal Care, as well as specialty hospitals in the area.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Animal Surgical Clinic of Seattle is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic Licensed Veterinary Technician for our Rehabilitation Service.  We prefer a candidate with CCRP certification, but we will consider technicians currently involved in CCRP coursework, as well as a technicians with strong rehabilitation interest and extensive experience in caring for orthopedic patients. The technician will work under the guidance of our surgeons to design and implement rehab plans utilizing modalities such as underwater treadmill, land treadmill, e-stim, therapeutic laser, therapeutic ultrasound, and cryotherapy.  We also perform regenerative stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma therapy.  In addition, the technician may be asked to assist in our surgery department as the rehab caseload permits.

The University of Tennessee Small Animal Physical Rehabilitation Department is seeking a licensed Veterinary Technician to perform all the responsibilities of a CCRP.  In addition, this position may be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients.  Will be required to work some weekends on a rotating basis.

Minimum/Required Qualifications:
AAS or BS in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited school.  Must obtain a TN license within one year of employment.  Must have completed or be in the process of completing the certification program in canine rehabilitation (CCRP).  One year experience in a busy hospital and have basic nursing skills and excellent animal handling skills is required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to work in a team environment.  Must be able to interact and teach veterinary students on a daily basis.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Prefer a veterinary technician certified in canine rehabilitation with 6 months - 1 year in rehab exclusive practice.
